Our client is a leader in providing services in the mortgage industry. They are experts in understanding the law of mortgages which enables them to provide efficiency and productivity in the management and processing of mortgage documents.

Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions (e.g. documentation, vouchers) that will ensure a smooth transition through to settlement. You will be required to verify loan documents, invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. You are responsible for liaising with and supporting internal and external departments, preparing and lodging a series of documents at the LTO and ASIC when required and perform a variety of tasks relating to settlement and administration of loans.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant will have substantial previous experience in the settlement of mortgages or lending

You will also possess -

  • Previous experience liaising with different stakeholders in the mortgage settlement process, including dealing with lawyers, customers and lenders -
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively -
  • Be able to work unsupervised within a highly pressured environment -
  • Strong written and verbal skills -
  • High attention to detail -
  • The drive and energy to take on new challenges and contribute to the team
