This boutique, Australian owned insurer is highly respected in the market, with a specialist team of professionals building their business. They assist clients with tailor made coverage for commercial and professional risks. Due to the growth of their business, they are looking for a team administrator to join a growing specialist division of the company.
This newly-created role, reporting to the Senior Team Administrator, will focus on assisting the division in continued business growth by providing a high level of service to the clients through efficient and accurate processing of their business transactions.
Responsibilities include:
• Screening and processing applications
• Drafting invoices and monitoring collections
• Payment of accounts
• Liaising with brokers and clients
• Maintaining accurate records and database
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a background from the operations area of a bank or financial institution, having experience in the processing of debt products. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to question and use your initiative. Some tertiary studies in a related area will be well regarded.
