One of the major players in the Melbourne superannuation sector is looking for experienced customer service professionals who with their proven customer service skills are now motivated in using these skills in the exciting world of superannuation. Due to recent success, our client is now looking to employ a number of highly capable individuals.

After the successful completion of your comprehensive induction and training program, you will become the integral link between the fund and its members and employers, providing an end to end solution both over the telephone and via email while delivering the outstanding quality customer service that this brand is known for.

We are looking for individuals who pocess the following:

  • Strong and proven customer service or contact centre experience
  • Clear communication skills (both orally and written) with the ability to engage and built rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with problem solving abilities
  • A strong work ethic, with a proven track record of commitment and reliability
  • A can-do attitude with a real willingness to be successful
  • A background within financial services, banking, superannuation, insurance is advantageous

Due to the solid training program undertaken, you will be tooled for success for this role and your long term career! There is also potential to study within the industry including RG146 (company supported).
