The Branch Manager will operate within the IPA branch network and will actively promote the IPA Vision and Values as demonstrated through work style and practices, both within their local communities and throughout the wider IPA national team network.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the day-to-day operational activities of IPA Personnel while ensuring revenue growth and profitability for your branch. You will develop strong, local business relationships and prospect for new business opportunities while efficiently presenting the company’s total service offering to prospective customers.

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Sales and client relationship management experience;
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing high performing teams;
• Solid recruitment experience or relevant business management experience in a sales based industry;
• High level of commercial acumen;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Computer literacy, including demonstrated skills with Windows based systems;
• Solid organisational and time management skills;
• Solutions focussed with an ability to negotiate and problem solve;
• Financial management experience including (but not limited to) the monitoring and analysis of annual budgets and monthly profit and loss requirements;
