Due to expansion we are opening a Telstra Business Centre in Bundaberg and are currently recruiting for a self motivated, energetic, experienced Business Sales Manager to drive the business.

You will be responsible for ensuring all immediate revenue, sales, margins and profit targets are met; with a focus on longer term growth targets relating to customer acquisition/retention and overall market presence.

The Business Sales Manager will achieve this by developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and overall profitability from the Telstra Business Centres (TBC) within the Vita Group.

To ensure your success in this role we require you to have the following skills and experience

• A good understanding of Telecommunications industry where you previously worked as a BDM or Manager
• Exhibit a strong, confident & knowledgeable leadership style
• Demonstrated ability to continually source and follow up new business opportunities including canvassing, and implement effective referral mechanisms
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; prior experience presenting at senior levels within a business is preferred.
