Our client is a global leader in Wealth Management, they have over 12,000 financial advisers across the network.

Job Description

As an Operations Project Manager you will be accountable for the management of all specific stages of the project lifestyle, including but not limited to;

  • Planning and monitoring initiation, requirements collation, development, system + user testing, implementation and post project review
  • Review of the project budget ensuring data integrity and alignment of the project process with the overall projections
  • Preparation and presentation of project status reporting and overall project progress
  • Identify and evaluate project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have previous experience in operations as well as a business analyst/project management background in either a broker or fund management. You will also have:

  • A strong background in process engineering and process mapping identifying control points
  • Sound business analysis experience and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to lead large and multiple project teams
  • Be familiar with project planning tool

You must have full Australian Work Rights and be available to interview in Melbourne.
