Our client is a highly reputable IT Services organisation and is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor in the area of Wealth Management to address the opportunities in the APAC market place!
This opportunity will work within the Business Advisor Services group of the Banking and Financial Services vertical focusing on the Wealth Management Market in the Asia Pacific Rim (APAC) region.

The Key Objectives of this position are to:
* Develop and implement the Company's Wealth Management Solution for APAC.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on Wealth Management for sales calls.
* Leverage prior key relationships within the APAC bank market for the Company's best advantage.
* Contribute to the development of the Company's on a strategic level in terms of development of relationships, solutions and process both internally and externally that relate to new wealth management business development within APAC.
You should be able to advise/consult and engage with senior level management stakeholders both internally as well as on customer side to be able to drive the role objectives.
Qualifications & Essential Experience:
* Tertiary Degree qualified with relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 7-10 years of wealth management industry experience.
* A minimum of 7-10 years demonstrated / proven track record specifically with solution development and life cycle management expertise.
* Previous experience as Lead functional/technical consultant in Wealth management space. Should have executed atleast 5 projects (large implementations/upgrades) with banks and financial services companies in Wealth management area. The projects must have been executed in leading banks in APAC/Australia. Experience in smaller banks will be considered - if the project is correspondingly complex.
* Demonstrated success explicitly developing and managing across a complex matrix organization.
* Must have current, demonstrated success selling to or working with the Banking industry.
* Demonstrated success as part of a team that supports client calls, networking, developing new relationships and various other prospecting techniques within a consultative sales process.
* Proven success in indentifying and managing partner/vendor relationships
* Experience in building, presenting or supporting business case for wealth management transformation
* Successfully demonstrated management and advisory/consulting capabilities in wealth management area with different customers.
* Able to develop detailed business process specifications, business requirements and system functional and non functional specifications that will drive the desired change to business process, system enhancement and development activities in the area of wealth management
* Experience in documenting process flows using tools
* Experience of doing work estimation. Should understand how to estimate for requirements projects. Should be able to create a requirements project plan and track against the plan.
* Must have led at least one transformational engagement bank project.
* Working exposure to Banking Systems of Records / Wealth management platforms is required
* Use of one or more Requirement Management Tools is a plus (such as Requisite Pro/ DOORS / Caliber RM)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent presentation skills and documentation skills
