We are now seeking an experienced recruitment team leader or even a temp recruiter ready to take the next step into a hands on leadership role. This is a exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to really accelerate their management ambitions.

You will be required to manage and continue to grow a team of temp consultants, to build new and strengthen many very existing high volume clients and to drive forward QPL values of providing a great working and productive environment for QPLs staff.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

• Proven track record of success
• Very strong client service acumen, with demonstrated skills in increasing market share within existing clients
• Genuine desire to lead by example
