Our client is one of Australia's most iconic and successful fashion retailers. They provide inspiration to the Australian man and woman with a range of clothing and accessories that epitomise authentic style, whilst maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that has built its reputation on.

They are currently looking for a Store Manager for their busy DFO Essendon Store. Your established experience in a Store Management role will mean you are familiar with all the critical retail metrics and can demonstrate strong commercial acumen. As well as these business skills you are absolutely passionate about retail and creating a great customer experience in your stores. You achieve this by inspiring & motivating your teams to be the best at what they do every day and love the fact that retail is fast & ever changing.

You must be a step ahead of all that's happening, have an eye for detail, love handling product and know what hot in terms of fashion trends.
What we require from you is,

* Min 2 years experience as a Store Manager
* A love of fashion that is always reflected in your own personal presentation
* A sound understanding of all the retail metrics of driving sales, stock control, expense management and recruitment of retail teams & store leaders
* Proven history developing internal talent through succession planning
* an ability to be flexible in a high volume, fast paced dynamic store environment
