Successful applicant will have:

• Comprhensive experience in a large format store at Managers level.
• Extensive staff management on a large scale.
• A proven track record on reaching and exceeding sales budgets.
• "To the minute" - time management skills.
• The natural ability to mentor others.
• Strong work ethic with the initiative to match.
• Comprehensive knowledge on rostering, pays, performance management, KPI's and report writing.
