Due to growth throughout Sydney our client is in need of an experienced friendly and personable maintenance manager to over see their two Sydney office locations. In this role you will be responsible for: - All general maintenance around the offices and car parks – including electrical issues
- Moving and storage of office furniture
- Checking for electrical faults throughout the building on a daily basis
- Checking all meeting room and equipment on a regular basis
- Ensuring showers/bathrooms and toilets are all in working order
- General plumbing issues
- Liaising with building management and suppliers
- Travel between two Sydney office sites
To be successful for this role you will have the below attributes: - The ability to work independently
- Have at least 4 years experience in a similar position
- Have an electrician trade licence is a must
- Be well spoken and well presented
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have excellent problem diagnosing and solving skills
